Challenges
- Existing system is with without load share which is connecting single shaft & two motors. Taking one motor over load with high currents during the operation.
- With tuning the drive parameter of both drives, the two motor load shared are equal. Without master and slave configuration.
- To achieve good quality of M-sand both motors should be operated in synchronization
- This motor synchronisation is done without motor speed feedback. Encoder is not necessary.
- Load share is difficult to achieve without master and slave.
